Lohoefener Salad

Ingredients

Lohoefener Dressing

Romaine Lettuce torn

Avocado slices

CRUMMIES:

8 ounces bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs

1 stick butter

parsley freeze-dried

lemon-pepper

garlic powder

2 shakes Worcestershire sauce

salad herbs

Directions

CRUMMIES:
Heat butter till bubbly in large skillet. Add seasonings & mix well. Add crumbs and stir constantly till brown and crisp. Cool & store in airtight container.

SALAD:
Mix veggies in large or individual salad bowls. Top with Crummies & Lohoefener Dressing.

Notes

Serving Ideas: Serve with steak or hickory smoked beef ribs or brisket.
